A journey back to what feels like you.

Romantic dressing for a curious, spirited life. Natural fabrics, thoughtful silhouettes and skilled making for women with full lives and rich inner worlds.

RIHLA means journey.

Ours is rooted in fabric, memory and the belief that what we wear can bring us closer to ourselves.

We begin with natural materials, skilled making and silhouettes designed to be lived in and returned to. Clothes with character, ease and enough beauty to make an ordinary day feel a little more your own.

Come in. Stay awhile.

Craft + Modern life

Made To Return To

Pieces designed to be worn often, remembered and increasingly your own.

The RIHLA Women

She is romantic, curious and quietly sure of her own taste.

She notices the first fruit of the season, remembers the book a friend told her to read, keeps objects with a little history and knows the pleasure of wearing a beautiful dress on an otherwise ordinary day.

Her life is full. So is her inner life.

She is drawn to natural fabrics, character and things made with care. She wants pieces that settle naturally into her wardrobe and feel increasingly like her with every wear.

There are many versions of her.

You may already recognize yourself.

She Notices

What makes something special

She Values

Care, character and quality

She Wears

What simply feels like her

She Keeps

What becomes hers over time

It began long before RIHLA had a name.

Artisan exhibitions visited as a child. Family journeys shaped around meeting local makers. Fabrics chosen instinctively and clothes sketched simply because they were the ones Richa wanted to wear.

Those early memories became part of the journey that led to RIHLA.

The detail is the making.

Across our collections, textiles are hand block printed, hand screen printed, handwoven and embroidered using skills passed down and practiced over time.

Then come the details of the garment itself: pintucks, covered buttons, smocking, gathers and hand embroidery, each adding character through the way the piece is made.
