Heidi is a softly feminine blouse in Misty Sky, shaped by a deep scoop neckline, rows of fine pintucks and a gently ruffled peplum. Deep grey hand embriodery frames the neckline, while softly gathered sleeves bring a little volume to the silhouette.
Misty Sky is screen printed by hand on organic cotton, allowing the subtle variations of the process to remain part of each blouse. Fine pintucks bring texture across the bodice, while deep grey blanket stitch is worked entirely by hand, one stitch at a time, around the scoop neckline. Matching picot finishing traces the ruffled cuffs and peplum, and fabric-covered buttons keep the print continuous through the front. A concealed button at the bust is added to help the blouse sit smoothly across the chest and prevent gaping.
